Terpinator by Green Planet Nutrients is formulated to increase the concentration of terpenoids in aromatic plant oils and glands. Terpinator catalyses the steps in a plants metabolism that will protect and prolong fragrances of your plants' dried fruits and flowers.

Plants produce odours by creating a collection of chemicals called terpines and these effect the overall quality, taste and odour of your plants.

• Green Planet Nutrients Terpinator isn’t the same as other ‘taste enhancing’ products which load your plant full of sweet carbohydrates and mask the true flavour, Terpinator causes your plants natural terpene production to go into overdrive, producing more essential oils and thus becoming more odorous, potent and heavy at harvest time. Terpinator enhances the natural taste and odour of your plants.

Terpenoids are molecular compounds that consist of repeating units of a 5-carbon structure called isoprene. Many plants incorporate aromatic compounds that produce a plethora of odours that have been long thought to affect our physiology through odour activation (aromatherapy).

Two of these odour molecules are limonene and myrcene. These occur in a wide variety of oil producing plants, and can be described to smell like lemons and grapefruit, respectively. Many researchers have been aware of the power of odour chemistry to affect our moods, for example, many people describe a feeling of “sunny happiness” when smelling limonene. These types of compounds end up in the glands that inhabit the “skin” of plants, and can create biological affects in our bodies when ingested. For example, the plant oils in mint can cause a feeling of relaxation when taken as a cup of tea. Terpinoids also have a long history of being antimicrobial, capable of destroying or inhibiting the growth of disease-causing microbes and preventing infections. Terpinator also catalyzes steps in a plants normal metabolism that will protect, and prolong fragrances of your plant’s dried fruits and flowers.

Green Planet Nutrients Terpinator has a neutral pH of around 6 which should not change your ppm level and can be used throughout the entire life span of your plants from vegetative growth to the final week of bloom.

DIRECTIONS OF USE:

• Vegetative phase: Add 5-10ml per gallon of water.
• Flowering phase: Add 10-30ml per gallon of water.

Green Planet Nutrients Terpinator is compatible with all brands of fertilisers and can be used in hydroponic, soil and soilless grow systems.
