These empty trays can be filled with your own choice of seed or cutting medium – perlite, BioBizz Light-Mix, Seramis, shredded Rockwool, Jiffys etc. while the 84 site empty tray is also ideal for use with medium Jiffy blocks.
Although shallow, they but feature large drainage holes. If kept above the drained water along with plenty of air-circulation will encourage air-pruning of roots to give more root-branching and efficient use of the medium.
