Regulator is highly concentrated (1:6666). A small dose of 1.5ml per 10L of water is enough for large visible effects.

Always mix regulator first in your reservoir with clean water. Otherwise other nutrients might not be readily available for rapid plant utilisation. Mix regulator until it is evenly distributed through the water then add fertilisers, boosters etc.
